MassMutual seeks an experienced Head of Change Management to lead strategic change initiatives across the Corporate Function project portfolio. This leadership role will enhance change readiness and ensure successful implementation of major business initiatives with high engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Change Management Team for the Corporate Function project portfolio
Implement change management strategy for projects and programs
Facilitate a Change Management Center of Excellence
Engage Corporate Function leaders for coaching and mentorship
Enforce quality control and accountability for change management standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience leading large strategic or transformational changes in large, complex financial services companies
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Well-versed in Change Management methodologies and tools
Exceptional leadership and influence capabilities
Comfortable being the primary spokesperson for change
Ability to manage a team of change resources
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years focused on change management discipline in insurance, wealth management, and distribution
Prosci certification or equivalent
Agile/Waterfall project management experience
Robust knowledge of best practices related to communications and training
