OR Coverage: 3 campuses
Staffing: 15 CV team members
Day Shift: Teams of 3 (2 RNs + 1 CST) per case, plus 1 emergency standby team
Night Shift: Teams of 3 (2 RNs + 1 CST) per case (call only)
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment/EMR: Stryker/GE; Meditech
Hiring Profile:
Must Have: Minimum 3 years CV surgery experience
Preferred: Prior multi-campus or high-volume CVOR exposure

CABG
AAA
Valve Replacement
TAVR
