Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure site is operating effectively and maintain standards
Partner with parents for best care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families and stakeholders
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to communicate in English
