Job Description
Join The Laurels of Blanchester as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and lead a skilled nursing community. You'll manage operations, ensure profitability, and provide top-notch care while enjoying an exceptional benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility
Provide input into the annual operating budget
Monitor monthly performance in relation to the budget
Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff
Interpret and implement company policies and procedures
Ensure high-quality care is provided at all times
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Current administrator's license in the state
At least three years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or sub-acute care facility
