Provides leadership and problem resolution Provides resolution to client issues and maintains customer service and support Assumes responsibility for specimen integrity on specimens received in the laboratory Assists supervisor and manager in planning section goals and procedures for accomplishing goals Uses analytical skills necessary to research routine information needed for accuracy and completeness of laboratory testing Uses organizational skills to maintain information on patient test orders and department workflow
Qualifications:
Associates degree as MLT or in a related field 2+ years of laboratory related experience Requires basic knowledge of specimen integrity and preservation, laboratory equipment operation and maintenance with ability to perform routine laboratory support

Odessa Regional Medical Center was founded in 1975 as Odessa Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
