• Hourly Pay Rate: $85.56
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1930 - $2070

PCU RN Job Details

• Location: Middle Township, NJ 08210 (New Jersey nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with float to Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST) as needed
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, Friday through Sunday (Nights/Weekends)
• Contract Duration: 8 weeks, with potential for extension
• Start Date: November 12, 2025
• End Date: January 3, 2026
• On-Site Registered Nurse Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
• Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required
• Fully vaccinated for Flu and COVID-19, including at least one booster
• Availability to work during holidays (no holiday time-off requests)
• Willingness to float to all similar healthcare units as needed

PCU RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Float to Medical Surgical Telemetry and related clinical units as required
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Respond to emergencies and deliver advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced clinical environment
