Position Summary: Paris Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit and Medical-Surgical team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring intermediate-level monitoring and general medical-surgical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in the PCU and Med-Surg units
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and telemetry data
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Texas or compact state
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in PCU and/or Med-Surg settings
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
