Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license from North Dakota State Board
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license from Minnesota Board
Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of start date
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Preferred Qualifications
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) certification from National Board Cert. Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
