Minimum: 1 year of nursing experience
Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing (from an accredited program).
Current RN License (Oklahoma or compact multistate license) required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) by American Heart Association required.
NIHSS certification required.
ACLS required for step-down care.
