Job Description

Join Good Samaritan as a Nursing Home Administrator and lead the management of our long-term care facility. This role focuses on ensuring quality care, compliance, and effective communication while overseeing financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall leadership and management of the facility
  • Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
  • Manage resident services and respond to their needs
  • Oversee infection prevention and control activities
  • Implement Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs
  • Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families
  • Manage financial and operational objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice

Preferred Qualifications

  • Course work in business and human resources
  • Other licenses as required by state and facility needs
