Job Description

Join Cooper University Health Care as a Lead Patient Services Representative, where you will lead a team in providing exceptional patient registrations and service. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead patient registrations and deliver excellent customer service
  • Greet, register, schedule, and provide information to patients and families
  • Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
  • Prepare patient charts in advance
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and care in accordance with the Patient’s Bill of Rights

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in a medical environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of medical insurances
  • Leadership experience
  • NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) certification
