Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2. Monitor patient condition and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Participate in unit-specific floating as needed. Work every other weekend as required. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience (first-timers accepted). Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required). NIHSS certification preferred. Willingness to float to other units as needed. Ability to work every other weekend.
