Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clinic office functions to support patient care
  • Patient registration and insurance verification
  • Collect applicable co-insurance and/or co-payments
  • Schedule diagnostic and follow-up appointments
  • Answer phones and resolve service issues

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in general office procedures
  • 1+ years of Microsoft applications experience
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience working with an electronic health record
  • Medical office setting experience
  • Knowledge/understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
