Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection and diagnosis of vehicles and equipment
Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems
Utilize diagnostic software to interpret failure modes and initiate repairs
Assist with emergency breakdowns as needed
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
Experience working on heavy duty diesel equipment or training from a recognized trade school
Ability to speak and read English
Ability to meet physical and safety requirements
Must provide own tools
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years experience as a heavy duty Diesel Mechanic
Experience with DPF systems diagnostic software (e.g., Premium Tech Tool, Allison transmission, Cummins, CAT, Peterbilt, Paccar)
Working knowledge of DOT and OSHA standards and regulations
