Job Description

As a Citizens Teller, you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences and helping them achieve their financial goals. You will guide customers through transactions and educate them on banking products, all while working in a supportive and community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in the lobby
  • Demonstrate use of mobile app and ATMs
  • Provide personalized advice and solutions
  • Educate customers about Citizens products
  • Follow all financial policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • High School degree or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
  • Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions
  • Customer-centric service orientation
  • Comfortable with digital technology
  • Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience processing transactions
  • Ability to motivate others
  • Process-oriented and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask effectively
