Job Description
As a Citizens Teller, you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences and helping them achieve their financial goals. You will guide customers through transactions and educate them on banking products, all while working in a supportive and community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in the lobby
Demonstrate use of mobile app and ATMs
Provide personalized advice and solutions
Educate customers about Citizens products
Follow all financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions
Customer-centric service orientation
Comfortable with digital technology
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience processing transactions
Ability to motivate others
Process-oriented and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask effectively
