Job Description
Join Community Health Centers of Burlington as a Patient Services Representative, where you'll provide excellent customer service, manage patient flow, and coordinate visits. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth experience for patients and collaborating with clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service to patients and visitors
Manage patient registration and clinical flow
Coordinate home visits and patient outreach
Answer patient questions and refer to other services
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Prior experience in a related field preferred
High-level customer service skills
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to convey detailed information clearly
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electronic scheduling systems
Ability to self-motivate and prioritize tasks
