Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as a Site Director, where you will inspire teachers and nurture children's growth. Lead a dedicated team to create engaging educational experiences, build strong relationships with families, and ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences
Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing and safety standards
Partner with parents for children's care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families and community partners
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with children physically and engage in activities
Read, write, understand, and speak English
