Job Description
Join ScionHealth as an ICU Nurse where you will provide critical care to patients, ensuring high standards of nursing practice and patient advocacy. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating care and promoting positive clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provides quality patient care to critically ill patients
Develops and updates nursing care plans
Documents patient assessments and care in electronic medical records
Administers medications and performs nursing procedures
Supervises nursing care provided by other caregivers
Participates in discharge planning and patient education
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program
Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
BCLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to organize tasks and function under stressful situations
