M-F, 4x10's with Call evenly distributed between staff- weekdays 17:30 - 07:00 and Weekends with 24 hour coverage.2 rooms
50 cases/week
call is 1-2 days a week and 1 weekend a month
use Witt monitoring systems
against law in WV for RN's to scrub
