Job Description

As a Sales Specialist at Lowe's, you will engage with customers to help them realize their home improvement ideas through expert sales guidance. This role is dynamic, requiring strong communication and customer service skills as you assist clients in the Cabinets department and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and promoting products
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, providing estimates and tracking orders
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors to manage stock
  • Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation
  • Support checkout functions and assist in training associates
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience
  • 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with required sales goals
  • Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
  • Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods
  • Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted
  • Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in completing customer sales orders
  • 1 Year Experience promoting product related services
  • 2 years of experience designing customized products using software
  • Professional certification related to the department
  • Bi-lingual skills
