Key Responsibilities
Provide speech language pathology diagnostic and treatment services
Ensure assessment and participation with goal identification, treatment planning, and implementation
Complete timely documentation of treatment notes and reports
Monitor individuals’ progress and maintain treatment records
Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team
Provide education and monitoring to staff and families
Attend and present at team meetings and clinical reviews
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active licensure in Michigan
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Ability to work with consumers having special needs due to neurological disability/TBI
Ability to design, implement, update and document consumer treatment programs
