Join Optum as an Associate Tech Support Analyst and play a crucial role in providing on-site IT support that improves health outcomes. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, install necessary hardware and software, and enhance the technological experience for clinicians, all while working in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site escalation point for technical assistance
Provide on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic support
Log and record issues and resolutions
Install workstations, printers, and software applications
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Coordinate new access needs and security changes
Maintain inventory of hardware and software
Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
3+ years of full-time work experience in Information Technology
3+ years of experience with providing IT Desktop Support
3+ years of experience in installing software applications and performing hardware upgrades
3+ years of experience in installing and supporting networked devices
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and Cisco hardware
Ability to work on-site
Access to reliable transportation & valid US driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Asset management experience
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and create solutions based on data
Efficient use of time and resources
Strong deductive skills in analyzing systems
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects
