Job Description
Join Genuine Parts Company as a Business Development Manager for Auto Care, where you'll drive program adoption and increase parts sales. This role involves strategic communication, training sales teams, and achieving sales targets while fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Present and sell the NAPA Auto Care program to prospects
Collaborate with NAPA Auto Care HQ for program insights
Train local sales teams on program adoption
Achieve sales and membership quotas
Provide customer service to NAPA Auto Care centers
Execute sales programs and strategies
Conduct account reviews and manage events
Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of previous selling and account management experience
Must possess a valid driver's license
Ability to travel within assigned territory
Demonstrates sales acumen
Strong communication and customer focus
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Results orientation and financial acumen
Deep product knowledge
Technology proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
