• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule with one weekend call per month
• 20 patients per clinic day -- 3 cases per surgery day
• Hospital-based practice
• Clinics 3 days per week -- surgeries 2 days per week
• Patients range from young children to geriatrics
• Upper and lower endoscopies required
• Independent performance of gallbladder procedures and colonoscopies required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
