Brooklyn Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide quality care in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. You will be responsible for administering medications, treating wounds, and assisting Residents with daily activities in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collecting required information from new Residents
Recording health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature
Administering medications and injections
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if needed
Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output
