Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury
Work as part of a home health team focused on the patient’s care plan
Assess patients, establish therapy goals, and document progress
Assist patients with exercises to improve motor skills and coordination
Suggest adaptive equipment for added support
Assess fall risks and introduce home safety strategies
Educate patients and families on care plans and self-care
Required Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in Colorado
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
One year of OT experience, preferably in home health care
Pass a background check and drug test
