Job Description
As a Client Development Manager, you will drive business growth by securing new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. This role involves strategic planning, networking, and utilizing various sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, secure, and expand new business opportunities
Develop and implement effective sales plans for accounts
Maintain client relationships and promote the company's leadership
Manage the sales process and build a database of qualified contacts
Increase market share and revenue
Negotiate staffing agreements and contracts
Stay informed about market demands and competitors
Ensure accurate client information and activity tracking
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of business experience
2+ years of business to business sales
Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related fields
CAP, PACE Certification
Previous experience in Business Administration, Office Management
