Job Description

Join Body in Balance Physical Therapy as a Clinic Director, where you'll lead a dedicated team of professionals in providing top-notch outpatient orthopedic care. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical operations of the physical therapy clinic
  • Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff
  • Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures
  • Monitor patient progress and outcomes
  • Conduct patient evaluations and provide hands-on care
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources
  • Manage clinic budgets and ensure financial targets are met
  • Prepare and present reports on clinic performance
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts
  • Stay updated with advancements in physical therapy

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist in California
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior clinical experience as a physical therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Proven track record of improving clinic operations and patient outcomes
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinic management software
