Key Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments and provide treatment at the clinic
Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate clinic expansion needs
Meet or exceed productivity targets set by the Medical Director of Pediatrics
Implement clinical diagnostic and evidence-based protocols for pediatric care
Be available by phone during scheduled hours for support and consultation
Contribute to patient education materials and practice guidelines
Supervise health care students
Develop and maintain a clinical quality assurance program
Oversee non-physician providers in pediatric treatment
Participate in staff meetings and organizational committees
Engage in the Performance Improvement Program
Partake in an on-call rotation for after-hours coverage
Fulfill additional duties to support clinic operations
Required Qualifications
Medical Doctorate (MD or DO)
Board certified in Pediatrics
Active DEA certification
