Key Responsibilities
Supervise teller staff and branch functions
Operate a teller drawer to serve customers
Recognize and direct cross-sell opportunities
Solve operational issues and make policy exceptions
Perform routine audits and sales tracking
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of teller staff
Uphold customer service standards and participate in community events
Required Qualifications
Previous teller experience
High school diploma or GED
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift 30 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred, preferably within a financial institution
Bilingual Spanish, Polish or Italian speaker a plus
