Key Responsibilities
Quality review of all OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care
Ensure CMS program compliance
Work closely with Home Health leadership to promote regulatory compliance
Serve as a role model, consultant, auditor, and OASIS expert
Required Qualifications
Education sufficient for licensure
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered
2 years - Nursing experience in Home Health/Palliative Care
Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
Home Care Coding Specialist - Diagnosis, Hospice, or OASIS
