Travel Registered Nurse – Psychiatric

Location: Methuen, MA

Shifts Available:

• Evenings: 3:00p – 11:30p (8-hour shifts)
• Nights: 8-hour shift

Job Description:
Travel Psychiatric Registered Nurses are needed to join the behavioral health team at a hospital in Methuen, MA. RNs will provide patient-centered care to adult and geriatric psychiatric patients in an inpatient setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, therapeutic communication, crisis intervention, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to promote stabilization and recovery.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts (or compact eligible)
• Minimum 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience (for St. Dymphnas Unit)
• BLS certification
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and teamwork skills
