Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Licensed Social Worker, where you'll provide essential mental health services to diverse communities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to individuals and families while fostering resilience and hope.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychosocial assessments
Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and family members
Provide individual, group, family, and crisis interventions
Coordinate care with families, schools, and community agencies
Maintain documentation according to established standards
Participate in clinical meetings and training
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, creative arts, or social work from an accredited program
New York State License or limited permit in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Creative Arts Therapy (LCAT), or social work (LMSW)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience treating children or adolescents
Fluency in a second language
