Job Description

Join Quill as an Enterprise Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving sales and customer growth within a dynamic team. You'll engage with senior-level clients, strategize on account management, and leverage your skills in consultative selling to enhance our customer relationships and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales while managing current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
  • Create and maintain strategic growth plans for accounts
  • Utilize enablement tools to manage customer data and pipeline
  • Execute sales strategies via phone, social selling, email, and in-person visits

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Managed complex deals from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
