Key Responsibilities

  • Patient telephonic outreach to schedule health events
  • Collect and verify demographic and insurance information
  • Timely notification and reminder calls for appointments
  • Follow-up with patients regarding scheduled appointments
  • Enter call dispositions in the system
  • Monitor call frequency to patients
  • Use telephonic software for outreach calls
  • Follow call scripts for outreach
  • Support individual PSU provider requests
  • Direct and follow-up on patient messages and concerns
  • Meet established daily productivity goals
  • Maintain effective working relationships

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience in communicating and providing customer service, both in person and via phone
  • 1+ years of experience with general office procedures
  • Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of related work experience including data entry
  • ICD 10 and CPT coding experience
  • Prior experience with EMR computer applications
  • Bilingual – Spanish/English
