Key Responsibilities
Patient telephonic outreach to schedule health events
Collect and verify demographic and insurance information
Timely notification and reminder calls for appointments
Follow-up with patients regarding scheduled appointments
Enter call dispositions in the system
Monitor call frequency to patients
Use telephonic software for outreach calls
Follow call scripts for outreach
Support individual PSU provider requests
Direct and follow-up on patient messages and concerns
Meet established daily productivity goals
Maintain effective working relationships
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience in communicating and providing customer service, both in person and via phone
1+ years of experience with general office procedures
Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft applications
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of related work experience including data entry
ICD 10 and CPT coding experience
Prior experience with EMR computer applications
Bilingual – Spanish/English
