Job Description

Join The Jewish Board as an Office Manager, where you'll support adults with serious mental illness in achieving independence. You'll coordinate program operations, assist clients with applications, and ensure accurate data management within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and operational needs for the program
  • Enter required data and track outcomes
  • Assist clients with entitlement applications and follow-ups
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate with Facilities department
  • Collect and track program fees and rent payments
  • Use various electronic systems for data entry and management

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Supportive Housing
