Key Responsibilities
Take inbound calls and conduct consultations to identify insurance needs.
Educate customers on insurance products and services.
Communicate coverages and solutions effectively.
Resolve inquiries regarding insurance and service-related issues.
Customize assistance according to policyholder needs.
Required Qualifications
At least six months working in a service or sales environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and use effective time management
Ability to communicate written and verbally in both Spanish and English
