Job Details:
• Two available positions: 40 hours per week and 36 hours per week
• Various days/evening shifts with rotating weekends • Thursday and Friday shifts: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM • Saturday and Sunday shifts: 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM • Monday - Wednesday shifts: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM (for 36-hour position)• Work with GE VCT and Evo/Evolution equipment • Required certifications: ARRT (CT) and BLS • Massachusetts license required • Graduate of AMA approved educational program in Radiological Technology • 3-5 years of experience required • Follow hospital protocol for exam routines and produce quality studies efficiently • Operate all department equipment and perform daily QA procedures • Complete CT procedures including patient feedback and room preparation • Adjust and manipulate images to required specifications including windowing and contrast • Knowledge of scanners, Med Rad injectors, PACS, VRC, and Powerscribe required • Ensure proper scan identification and documentation • Complete administrative duties including tech editing and patient escort • Report wet reading findings to physicians and nursing units • Maintain clean and functional work areas and stock rooms • Use MEDITECH charting systemFacility:
