Key Responsibilities
Coordinate staffing and day-to-day operations of the practice
Work with Practice Manager to ensure optimal operating efficiency
Conduct regular staff communication activities
Orient and train new employees
Manage staff work schedules and PTO requests
Oversee front office processes and compliance
Support care team and patients with administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
3+ years of medical office experience
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of team leadership, supervisory and/or management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field
Experience working with Epic
Experience in a primary care setting
Experience with patient financial and scheduling systems
Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong written and oral communication skills
