Job Description
As a Bilingual General Manager, you will lead and develop your store team while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will manage store performance, drive sales, and foster a compliant and professional environment, all while benefiting from extensive training and career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and develop store team members to build business and maintain profitability
Manage overall store performance and track performance reports
Lead team to exceed sales goals and implement local marketing strategies
Supervise office security and cash management
Ensure compliance with company policies and laws
Maintain a professional store atmosphere
Utilize personal vehicle for company business
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries
Operations experience in a leadership capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to use phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
Background check required
Ability to meet physical demands of the position
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or higher
Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
Bilingual English/Spanish
