Key Responsibilities
Collect information from new Residents for admission
Record health details including vitals & temperature
Administer medications and injections as needed
Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake/output
Required Qualifications
Valid NY State LPN license
Must be in good standing with State Registry
Ability to work as a team member
