Join TEKsystems as a Financial/Mortgage Customer Experience Specialist, where you'll be the primary contact for consumers navigating the loan origination process. This role offers the chance to deliver exceptional customer service while managing a loan pipeline and ensuring efficient processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and texts from consumers
  • Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans
  • Perform routine data entry and validation
  • Monitor work queues and resolve issues
  • Conduct basic research for customer inquiries
  • Meet production and quality standards
  • Follow established policies and procedures
