Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls and texts from consumers
Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans
Perform routine data entry and validation
Monitor work queues and resolve issues
Conduct basic research for customer inquiries
Meet production and quality standards
Follow established policies and procedures
