Breakdown: 
w2: 12/hr (taxable)
Perdiem (Non taxable): $1742/week

 

• Minimum 5 years of exp as a L&D RN
• ACLS*, AWHONN Advanced*, AWHONN Intermediate*, BLS, NRP
• Active WA/multistate license.
