Key Responsibilities
Service intrusion, fire, CCTV, and access control security systems
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment/systems
Complete maintenance within assigned hours to reduce emergency calls
Assist with new equipment/system installations
Plan schedules and assist in the startup of new installations
Maintain professional appearance and safety standards
Promote good customer relations and assist with contract retention
Maintain company documentation according to policies
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience installing and/or servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV security systems
High School Diploma or equivalent
Thorough knowledge of intrusion detection systems, electronic access control, CCTV, IP video, fire alarm and life safety systems
Ability to climb ladders that extend up to 24 ft.
Ability to carry items up to 75 pounds
Valid state driver’s license without restrictions
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational/Technical Degree in electrical, security, or computer systems
NICET Certification
Certifications in Lenel, Pro-Watch, Software House, Picture Perfect
Knowledge of Bosch, Honeywell, Radionics, or DMP systems
Working knowledge of IP addressing equipment
