Job Description
Join Phoebe Ministries as a Business Office Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing residents' experiences through effective financial management and exceptional customer service. Engage with families, manage billing processes, and ensure insurance coverage while thriving in a compassionate community.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with residents and families regarding insurance coverage and costs
Reconcile daily census for SNF, Independent Living, and Personal Care residents
Verify insurance coverage for SNF residents
Generate monthly bills for SNF, IL, and PC residents
Manage private pay and miscellaneous cash receipts
Complete risk assessments for Medicaid eligibility
Manage Private Pay Collections and Accounts Receivable
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries
Required Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Minimum of two years of Skilled Nursing Accounts Receivable experience
Preferred Qualifications
College degree in business, healthcare management or related field
