Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Special Education Paraprofessional to support K–12 students with special needs. This role offers an opportunity to develop classroom experience while making a meaningful impact in students' lives through personalized support and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting licensed staff in the classroom
Aid students in meeting their individualized education plan (IEP)
Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning
Work with individuals/small groups during activities
Provide support for students in crisis
Support students on outings
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student experiences
Celebrate the achievements of students
Required Qualifications
60 credits or an Associates Degree
Passing score on an appropriate ADE assessment or ParaPro/Praxis Exam
