ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Hermitage, Tennessee.
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work in a 25-bed Observation Unit on the 1st floor
• Patient ratios: 4:1 during days / 5:1 during nights
• Required to work 36 hours per week with every other weekend
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Neuro and cardiac experience preferred
• Work with equipment including Alaris Pumps, tele-tracking, Imobile Communication, B450 Monitors, and Pyxis
• Use Meditech documentation system
• Perform glucose monitoring, Foley insertion, dressing changes, EKGs, and peritoneal dialysis
• Triage acute care patients and identify life-threatening rhythms
• Float to other units on a rotating system to meet hospital needs
• Unit staffing includes 1 CNC, 6-7 RNs, 2 techs, and 1 unit secretary
• Dress code requires black scrubs and closed-toe shoes (no crocs)
