Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of Federal and State grants, ensuring compliance, budget, and timeline adherence
Maintain documentation, track expenditures, and prepare audit-ready files and reports
Coordinate grant-funded projects across multiple departments
Review financial activity, reconcile accounts, and facilitate modifications
Lead stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency and alignment with grantor expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in grant/project administration or financial oversight
Experience with City of Dallas processes or similar government agency
Proficiency with financial reporting, compliance documentation, and project coordination
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Federal and State grant regulations
Strong analytical and time-management skills across multiple projects
Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder management abilities
