Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff
Perform and lead teams in housekeeping and laundry duties
Lead staff training and ensure compliance with policies
Maintain records of income, expenditures, and supplies
Act as a liaison between building occupants and HCSG staff
Ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety precautions
Maintain attendance and punctuality
Represent HCSG positively in interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
Ability to push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds
Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
Ability to work around food and cleaning products
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Residency within the service area required
