Job Description

Join the Jewish Board as a Crisis Behavioral Health Clinician, where you will provide essential crisis interventions to youth experiencing mental health challenges in Staten Island. Work alongside a dedicated team to deliver impactful care and support to the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis interventions to children and young adults
  • Conduct risk assessments and psychosocial evaluations
  • Develop safety plans and short-term service plans
  • Utilize evidence-based practices for clinical interventions
  • Maintain documentation in electronic health record system
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Assist in intake process for new consumers

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Mental Health clinician
  • Valid NYS Driver's License
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient reading and writing English
  • Bilingual clinicians preferred for relevant populations
