Job Description
Join the Jewish Board as a Crisis Behavioral Health Clinician, where you will provide essential crisis interventions to youth experiencing mental health challenges in Staten Island. Work alongside a dedicated team to deliver impactful care and support to the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide crisis interventions to children and young adults
Conduct risk assessments and psychosocial evaluations
Develop safety plans and short-term service plans
Utilize evidence-based practices for clinical interventions
Maintain documentation in electronic health record system
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Assist in intake process for new consumers
Required Qualifications
Licensed Mental Health clinician
Valid NYS Driver's License
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient reading and writing English
Bilingual clinicians preferred for relevant populations
